It consists of a B2B company (Hallmark Insurance Brokers) a B2C company (Navigators Insurance Brokers), and a Life & Health company (Hallmark Financial Planning). We meet monthly as a group of all staff to ensure that we are all connected to what is happening in other parts of the business – whether we work from home, sell commercial policies, manage the premium finance company or sell home and car policies! In addition, division teams (Personal Lines, Commercial Lines) meet on a weekly basis. The Minutes of Management Team meetings are published by the staff member who attends and takes them.
