When you begin your relationship with Hallmark Insurance Group, you will embark on a four-week training process that will prepare you to sell all lines of insurance through use of Hallmark’s
collection of markets and “Business Protection Plan™” sales system.
During the first week a new insurance producer receives a general orientation, staff and department introductions, corporate overview and computer systems training.
For weeks two through four, new insurance producers take part in Hallmark University training. The sales mentors introduce and train new insurance sales team members on the Hallmark Insurance Group sales process.
