At Hallmark Insurance Group, we believe we must attract and retain the most talented strategic thinkers in the insurance industry in order to remain competitive. So we listen carefully to what our employees say about
the kind of workplace they want and then develop programs to address those needs.
Hallmark Insurance Group supports new insurance producers with in-house training programs, as well as active coaching and mentoring of employees. Our ‘career wheel’ moves new brokers through a series of short-term assignments so they gain experience and develop confidence with all aspects of the insurance transaction before they begin selling products to the public.
Enhance your insurance career with Hallmark Insurance Group. We encourage and reward on-going professional development, such as CAIB or CIP designation through tuition grants, study time and rewards for course attainment. Our strong commitment to recognizing excellence is reflected in our practice of promoting from within our own organization first.
