John, the President of our company, is the third generation of his family to lead this brokerage. With an exemplary background in sales and client relations, as well as formal education and progressive experience with business management, Mr. Walters has led the brokerage since 1990, through a number of significant stages of growth, based both on acquisitions and organic development. Mr. Walters is Past President of the Rotary International Club of Willowdale.

Dave is the President of the Hallmark life division, is a certified financial planner with over 25 years of life, health, disability, pension, employee benefit & investment expertise. Mr. Lawless has provided consultation to clients in the transportation, waste and recycling, professional services (accounting, legal and engineering), automotive, and outsourcing industries. Dave has also provided financial planning for many high net worth clients. He is a leader within the life industry and a member of Advocis, Financial Planners Standard Council of Canada, Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario, and is a Life Member of the National Quality Award of Canada.

Jamie, our Chief Operating Officer, is a psychologist and executive coach with an integrated perspective on the human as well as business functioning of organizations and work groups. Dr. Broad's senior management experience, in the private, not-for-profit and family business sectors, encompasses operational leadership, marketing, training, human resources, quality assurance, accreditation, strategic planning, board development and project management. He is Hallmark's Privacy Officer and is available for audits of our clients' compliance with relevant legislation, including the new privacy act.

Ubey, our Manager of Finance, is responsible for the financial services functions within Hallmark. Mr. Sanagarapillai brings to the role many years of international accounting and business management experience, which helps him to integrate the business and technical aspects of the brokerage, to our advantage and that of our clients and markets.

Ceen, our Commercial Marketing Manager, is a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (C.A.I.B.) with over 19 years of Commercial Insurance & Risk Management expertise. Her wealth of experience and knowledge spans numerous industry sectors including national franchises, major real estate and property management clientele as well as international builders. Ceen has been with Hallmark since 1994 and is a valuable resource to the sales teams in our Transportation, Real Estate, Golf Course, and Directors & Officers units.
